The only part of the Thule Helium Pro's # TH9043PRO cable locking system offered as a replacement part is the Locking End Cap # TH8523294001. If your cable is damaged it would either have to be repaired, the entire rack replaced or you could use the Cable Lock # TH538XT you found to secure the bikes.
